There are so many words that describe me:  I am a father, husband, gay man, southerner, foodie, gastric sleeve recipient, caretaker, driven guy. I love to cook and I love to share my food.  I cook with love, not precision or professional technique. 

My mission is to show you how to cook all of the things I love to cook.  And eat.  So much of my life has been spent in the kitchen and around a dining table.  I want you to love cooking as much as I do!
